Debi Thompson, Senior Corporate Account Manager and Affinity Specialist, has been in the real estate industry since 1994. She joined Century 21 Everest in September of 2013. Debi works directly with the Director of Relocation to develop strategies that will support the growth of the corporate business. She is responsible for professionally managing a portfolio of corporate clients to ensure sales, service and profitability goals are met.

Debi maintains important relationships with team agents and corporate clients by providing excellent customer service. She also monitors the ongoing training of team agents for corporate and affinity business and the Relocation Staff managing those business lines.

Debi is responsible for maintaining the annual performance excellence of the prestigious Cartus Platinum Award, first achieved in 2015, as well as other corporate excellence expectations set forth by the partners and clients of CENTURY 21 Everest.

Debi currently resides in North Salt Lake, UT with her husband Mike.

Elicia Causey, Senior Relocation Account Manager, has been with Century 21 Everest since August 2013. Elicia currently oversees and provides leadership for US Domestic Relocation Key Accounts. She works with her Relocation Director to develop strategies that will support initiatives for growth within the relocation department. Elicia has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 2015 and is working toward obtaining her Worldwide ERC Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation.

Before coming onboard with Century 21 Everest, Elicia was in Business Management where she learned to recruit, train and lead professionals in creating a profitable business model. Elicia brings her passion for people and providing a positive experience to the exciting world of the Relocation industry where she has gained knowledge and experience in relationship management, group moves and 3rd party relocation management over the past several years.

Diana Valenzuela, Senior Relocation Account Manager, oversees and provides leadership for US Domestic Relocation Key Accounts. She works with her Relocation Director to develop strategies that will support initiatives for growth within the relocation department.

Diana has worked on almost all the different business lines serviced by Century 21 Everest from transaction coordination, broker-to-broker placement, referral partner programs and currently works within the corporate and inventory space. Diana is knowledgeable and well rounded within the industry and is a great resource for all relocation business lines and client needs.

Monica Guanajuato, Broker-to-Broker & eLead Coordinator, has been with Century 21 Everest since 2017.

Monica is responsible for referral placement and follow-up and the ability to implement new programs and processes as business develops. Monica’s exceptional customer service skills and commitment to clients has taken her to a new level in her career. She takes great pride in assisting her agents and their clients through each facet of a real estate transaction and appreciates the evolution of a successful deal all the way through closing.

Monica resides in Salt Lake City with her husband, quirky/fun daughter and three adorable and super friendly pit bull babies.
