The online course package we recommend combines the required Real Estate Principles course, Real Estate Practice course and your choice of an Appraisal, Finance, or Legal Aspects (we highly recommend Legal Aspects) course. These are all the courses you need to meet your prelicense educational requirements.
Included with the online courses are bi-weekly live workshops with Joel Carlson, a certified instructor with the National Association of Realtors. These supplemental workshops are optional yet give our students an opportunity to meet face-to-face with an instructor and ask additional questions.
