I enjoy the real estate profession and working hard to help people achieve their home ownership goals. Southern Utah is a beautiful place to live and work, and I love the distinct seasons and special areas surrounding where I live. My market area is Washington County, St. George and surrounding areas as well as Iron County and Wasatch Front.
Licensed initially in California, then as an Associate Broker REALTOR® in Utah and recently licensed in Nevada. I work as both a listing and buyers' agent. I've been actively involved in real estate sales since 1992 and experienced in residential, seller-financing, short-sales, REO, commercial, new construction, seller financing and more.
My goals are to give my best for my clients and earnestly seek to ensure their satisfaction with every phase of their transactions. I've earned my Utah Broker's License, and also the SRS, ABR, SRES, MRP and ePRO designations from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS®, and believe education is one of the keys to success.
My efforts are to strive to stay up to date on all the new technology and tools available as the internet has become the primary focus of real estate marketing.

My Qualifications
My background in construction and development led me to a career in residential and commercial real estate sales, and custom home construction. My husband and I have together successfully built and sold four custom homes and are currently working on building our fifth custom home. I obtained my broker's license during these experiences and other certifications as well as licensing in Nevada.
